I started wearing ankle chains in my teens.
Having n two occassions lost gold chains from my ankles I bought a pair which were a bit thicker and had the clasps soldered shut. I have worn them for the past 8 years and I love them

The idea of women wearing ankle chains (connected, i.e.shackles) has fascinated me all my life.
My teenage cousin wore them, first as a punishment and later, because she was used to them and it amused her. She was a 2nd cousin and we actually dated for a while and I would take her out wearing her chains. They had been constructed by her father, who worked as a welder.
There was also a housewife who live nearby and she was often seen wearing what was real leg irons. It was a mystery to everyone because she never complained.
Being the late 1940s to the mid 1950s people didn't really get involved in other peoples lives the way they do today.
So is this a fetish that women enjoy?
I know a lot of male transvestites have web page showing them in chains.

Do the police take an interest to see if you ahve been forced to wear them?

I've only been in the city on halloween and new years chained and leashed. The police either never noticed or said anything. (It is san francisco, after all). Elsewhere, we are more descreet, or the chain is removed and the anklets are under my jeans or a long skirt.
