I spent the last afternoon hiking in a nearby secluded state park, including walking and picnicing on a small beach there. Had a great time and we prepared to leave, as we had a dinner reservation in a town on the way home. Except beach sand had gotten into the padlocks, Hubby couldn't get the keys into the locks and he didn't bring the tool to remove the anklets. We were over 3 hrs. from home and I was very shackled. I was tempted to go into the restaurant anyway. We ended up ordering at a drive-thru and eating in the car. Beaches and padlocks don't mix.

I have about a 12" stride and a 19" chain, so it rarely pulls on my anklets. I wasn't ready, at the time, to go out in public in a small "vanilla" town, though I did go to a couple "fetish" halloween parties cuffed and chained. I did go out on new years' for the first time among other people. I was nervous, then calm, then thrilled. I may do it again next year! I am active and go out nearly every day, without the chain, but with my anklets peeking out from under my jeans. I love the soft jingle they make when I move about, and I'm sure some other people wonder where it's coming from.I keep a journal on another web site. Any interesting stories to tell us?
