I have done it quite a lot of times while driving and seem other people doing it. I used to drive a van and sometimes lorries on the road and have had several good experiances.
Probably my favorite one i saw was on the M4 as, there was a lady in a black X reg Mercedes, when i was ovetaking her near the Llanelli junction i could see her left leg up and she was orgasming, the expression on her face was so hot.
